I am happy with everything.
Friendly and approachable staff. Everyone I encountered has been very helpful. All questions answered and I feel confident & comfortable in my pregnancy.
We can say excellent postnatal community service. Time to time sincere and very good look after mum and after birth baby. Thanks.
Calmed atmosphere, all MW's and student MW very calming, helpful made the whole process alot easier to cope with
- Conscienous and good support given throughout from start to finish
great that care is provided at home and we don't have to go anywhere. Very happy.
I felt I could talk to my midwife Sandra about anything which helped me to feel relaxed I'm nervous about going into labour as I have heard so many bad stories of the hospital making you wait till last minute.
Any problems I had throughout were always sorted quickly. Everyone has always been very friendly. I have no suggestions to improve.
I feel the midwives I have seen have been thorough, warm and caring- I feel there is nothing that could be improved.
I also received good care when I attended the antenatal clinic at the William Harvey Hospital although waiting times were quite long- it took up to an hour to be seen.
Very satisfied with care I have received from the unit. I moved out of the area and I have been given new midwife contact numbers at the late stage of my pregnancy. This was something I was worried about.
